Hoping to scoop another industry award, private General Practice, Concierge Medical has been announced as finalists in the category of ‘Primary Care Provider of the Year’ in the 2021 HealthInvestor Awards.
The HealthInvestor Awards promote excellence and recognise innovation in the independent healthcare sector and attract over 1,200 guests each year to the annual event held in London. This year, the judges will be looking for organisations and individuals that have made an outstanding contribution to healthcare between March 2020 – March 2021.
The HealthInvestor Awards offer an opportunity to showcase expertise and commitment to what is an increasingly important sector for the UK economy. The awards are aimed at those professionals investing in, advising or operating companies in the health and social care sector and the finalists represent the leading players in this diverse and burgeoning market.

The winners will be announced at the awards which take place on 13 September at Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
Concierge Medical, which was founded in 2013, has already been widely recognised across the industry for it’s responsive, accessible, flexible GP service offering home visiting, continuity of care with a named doctor across the Cotswolds, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Oxfordshire previously winning a WhatClinic Patient Service Award, LaingBuisson national award and an FSB Worldpay Microbusiness of the Year regional award.
Our members have a named private doctor, providing on-going continuity of care. Our list size is kept small to guarantee availability and quality. We are a home-visiting practice, so all consultations with the private doctor are at our member’s home or office (or by phone, video, text etc). Our private doctors are readily contactable for home visits, remote consultations, advice and support. We have a strong network of secondary care and allied health professionals who complement our general practice services and whom we can readily access. All our private doctors are full time employees of Concierge Medical. They are all experienced GPs and have chosen to work as Concierge doctors as they understand and value the benefits of a strong patient-doctor relationship.
Concierge Medical is not tied to specific hospitals, insurers, or conventional ways of working. Our only concern is for our clients and their health and wellbeing.
