What's included with membership

What your monthly fee covers

Membership is a single monthly fee that covers everything your doctor does. There are no per-visit charges, no fees for prescriptions or referrals, no out-of-hours surcharges.

A doctor who knows you

You are matched with a Concierge Medical doctor when you join. Your doctor stays with you for the duration of your membership, so every consultation builds on the last.

Same-day or next-day access

When you need to be seen, you are seen the same day or the next, by phone, video or in person.

Care that comes to you

Home visits across The Cotswolds, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. Your doctor visits you at home or your place of work.

24/7 out-of-hours support

Concierge Medical Practice operates a private Out of Hours service for registered members, giving you direct access to urgent medical advice and support outside normal practice hours.

No time limits on consultations

Your doctor stays as long as the consultation needs.

No limit on consultations

There is no annual limit on the number of times you can see your doctor. Your membership covers all of them.

Prescriptions written without extra charge

Issued by your doctor as part of your consultation. No per-prescription fee, or admin surcharge.

Referrals handled for you

The Member Concierge and Referrals Team co-ordinate onward care across consultants, diagnostics and allied health professionals. Referral letters are part of membership.

One cohesive clinical team for everything in between

Vital signs monitoring, blood tests, vaccinations and wound care, delivered at home by the Practice's in-house home-visiting clinical team. The visit, blood collection and vaccine administration are included. Laboratory fees, the cost of the vaccine itself and ongoing wound dressings are charged separately — see costs outside membership.

No joining fee. Every consultation, prescription and referral is part of membership. A few clinical extras are charged at cost.

Can I pay through my business?

Yes you can pay through a LTD company pre tax, no VAT applicable.

Do you accept private medical insurance?
