Biography

Originally from Yorkshire, Dr. Alia studied medicine at Imperial College London before completing her training in London, Oxford, and finally Coventry and Warwickshire. She spent 11 years at a busy GP practice in Leamington Spa, nine as a partner, developing expertise in frailty, geriatric care, and medical ethics. Now overseeing care homes and serving as Practice Safeguarding Lead, she plays a key role in policy, training, and stakeholder engagement. Since joining Concierge Medical, she has focused on team development within concierge care. Outside work, Alia enjoys open water swimming, travel, crime fiction, and family life with her two daughters.
