Biography
Louise grew up in Hampshire and was educated along the south coast, after completing her master’s degree Louise relocated to Cheltenham for work. There, she met her husband and later moved to a farm near Stratford-upon-Avon, where they now live with their two children. With over 25 years in the insurance industry, Louise has held strategic roles at global levels, bringing a strong background in business process efficiency, project management and a focus on customer experience. Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding and spending time with her family, supporting the local pony club, and taking active family holidays that often include skiing, cycling, or walking.
