Dr Sarah Stonehewer

Sarah grew up in Lincolnshire and studied Medical Sciences at the University of Oxford, qualifying in 2008. She completed her foundation training in York and Oxford before undertaking GP training in the Oxford deanery. Since then, she has worked in large surgeries and out-of-hours services, with particular interests in women’s health, sexual health, and mental health for young people. Now living with her husband, young son, and Labrador, Sarah enjoys reading, walking, and travelling—especially to Scotland and the Outer Hebrides, where even her toddler has braved multiple ferry crossings.
