Biography

Frances grew up in Dublin and completed a Business degree at Trinity College before studying medicine at the University of Sheffield. Graduating in 2010. After junior doctor roles in Scotland and a year in Emergency Medicine in Australia, she returned to the UK in 2013 to complete her GP training in Devon and Cornwall. Since qualifying in 2018, she has worked in out-of-hours and urgent care, including at Guy’s and St Thomas’ in London. Now based in Gloucestershire with her orthopaedic surgeon husband and two children, Frances enjoys music, horse riding, and sailing—having represented Ireland internationally—and never misses a Glastonbury festival.
