We are home visiting focused private GP practice. We were founded on the belief that relationship based medicine leads to better preventative care. Picture the 1970s – the traditional GP used to ride around in their bicycle with their doctor’s bag going from home to home, deeply knowing the families they took care of. Today our doctors travel around the Cotswolds, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire regions – doing the same thing. Established in 2013, we were the first private concierge medical practice in the UK – a pioneering model that has since inspired several others to follow in our footsteps.

Karl and Simon’s vision was to bring back the family doctor. A trusted community member that advocated for patients by following their health journey throughout their life.
