Biography
Originally from Shipston-on-Stour, Jess has been Concierge Medical’s Head Medical PA for three years and is often the first point of contact for members, coordinating communication between the medical, clinical, and admin teams. She previously studied hair and beauty and worked in a local tea shop before training as a dental nurse, gaining strong customer service skills along the way. Outside of work, Jess enjoys countryside walks with her two dogs, Ethel and Dotty, home DIY projects, and travelling with her partner, especially in the summer months.
